Ingredients

1 ½ cups of cold water

¾ cup uncooked white rice

2 cups of milk
-
⅓ cup white sugar
-
¼ teaspoon salt
-
1 beaten egg
-
⅔ cup golden raisins
-
1 tablespoon butter
-
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
-
50 grams of Nata de Coco Cubes

Instructions
Step 1

Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Add the rice and reduce the heat to low.

Cover and simmer until the rice is tender and the liquid has been absorbed, about 20 minutes.
Step 2

Combine the cooked rice with 1 1/2 cups of the milk, sugar, and salt in a clean saucepan.

Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until thick and creamy, about 15 minutes.
Step 3

Add the remaining 1/2 cup of milk,

Add the beaten egg, grapes, raisins and Nata de Coco Cubes

Cook 2 more minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla until blended.
